Collaboration zwischen Camilo Daouk vom Collectif Acrocinus und Jeanine Ebnöther Trott.Wir stellen uns die Fragen: wo sind meine Wurzeln? Wo gehöre ich hin? Was macht mich aus?Création Herbst 2025

In Voilà la Jeanine ! strange things happen to the artist: time slows down and speeds up, colored hoops swing around her stomach, neck and arms, a ball rolls over her body as if guided by a ghostly hand and she is swallowed up by a pijama. Suddenly the suit dances with her. She sinuously weaves her way between the rungs of a wooden ladder and discovers the joy of playing.Lively and a little bizarre: a circus spectacle for the whole family.

The dance performance HANG OUT deals with collective hanging out as a conscious act of doing nothing, which also addresses major issues such as belonging, identity and the temporary appropriation of public and social spaces.Who are we as individuals? What is our collective identity? How much space do we occupy and how is this space shaped and negotiated through body, voice and music? Three dancers and a musician dock with scaffolding poles and scaffolding, creating moments in which they approach, occupy and transform space.A 5elefants tanzkollektiv ProductionKonzept & Choreografie: Meret Rufener, Sarah HerrTanz & Performance: Jeanine Ebnöther Trott, Sarah Herr, Richard Oberscheven, Tobias SchmittMusik: Tobias SchmittOutside Eye: Maja BrönnimannLichtdesign & Technik: Lola RosarotKostümberatung: Myriam CasanovaFotos & Video: Lys Y.Seng, Nicole PfisterProduktionsleitung: Meret Rufener, Irene Andreetto Das Projekt wurde gefördert durch: Kultur Stadt Bern, SWISSLOS/Kultur Kanton Bern, Burgergemeinde Bern, Kinder-und Jugendkultur Bern, Stanley Thomas Johnson Stiftung, SIS, GVB, Migros-Kulturprozent, Gesellschaft zu Zimmerleuten, Gesellschaft zu Ober-Gerwern

A light-footed play with everything that can be found on stage - balls, ropes, wrapping paper and a ladder. The crystal ball opens up the universe and then the jumpsuit, which has miraculously come to life, dances along. A paper monster eats the rope and the ladder is only incidentally used to gain height.
